By using this site or placing an order with Two Bounce Club, you agree to these terms.
The store
We sell printed apparel. We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours
can vary between screens, and printed garments carry small natural variations in placement and
tone. Those variations aren't defects.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is
unavailable, the pricing was obviously wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid,
you get a full refund.
Because every item is printed to order, production starts quickly. Once an order is in
production we usually can't change or cancel it.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Where a compare-at price is shown, it is the reference retail price for the item, not necessarily a
price previously charged by this store.

Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text and branding on this site belong to Two Bounce Club. You may not
reproduce, resell or print our designs without written permission.
Two Bounce Club is an independent apparel brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or
sponsored by any pickleball organisation, league, event, equipment manufacturer or player. Any
sport terminology used on our products is general vocabulary of the game.
Your content
If you send us photos, reviews or ideas, you give us permission to use them to promote the brand.
Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, interfere with how it works, or scrape it at a volume that
degrades it for anyone else.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for
indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid
for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
