Every Two Bounce Club tee is printed to order, just for you — we don't keep a warehouse of

stock. That shapes how returns work here, and we've kept it simple.

Wrong size? Your first swap is on us

We know buying a tee online is a guess, especially if it's a gift. So **your first size exchange

on an order is free — get in touch within 30 days of delivery** with your order number and the

size you'd rather have, and we'll sort it out.

One free swap per order. Additional exchanges are charged at cost.

If your order turns up misprinted, damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, that's on

us. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll

send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you'd prefer. You won't need to post

anything back.

Because each tee is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns outside the free size

swap above. Have a look at the size guide before you order — it's a classic unisex fit, true to

size, and there's room to go up a size if you like it looser.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending

on your bank or card provider. Refunds cover the product price; original shipping is

non-refundable except where the fault is ours.
